There's a lot of wiggling and shaking and you can feel your soul leave your body when you reach level 10.The machine has some weight to it but is solid.There are suction feet so you don't have to worry about shaking yourself across the room.Comes with remotes to control your space travels.Truthfully, it's nice to get on and use for a few minutes to get your body moving and relieving some unwanted pain and fluids.

First time using a vibration plate and It's pretty neat. It's kinda weird at first, but the more you use it, the more you get comfortable. That's why I recommend starting from level 1 intensity and gradually go up from there so the body can get used to the intense vibrations. I use it primarily to warm up for a workout or walk, but also, after a workout to get blood circulation going and hopefully make me recover faster. I like that there's also a bluetooth speaker. The sound quality isn't the best, but it's decent for something far away from your ears. It's not as loud as I would've hoped.

This is my first time trying a Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. It works really well overall. To burn fat and strengthen muscles, a consistent use is required. My only issue with is the remote control to change the vibration levels, you have to hold it facing the vibrator itself from the center in order for it to work which is weird and annoying.
