Merrill Pressure Switches
The 30/50 pressure switch signals the pump to start when the water system drops to a preset (e.g. 30 PSI) and stop at high pressure mark (e.g. 50 PSI). This switch is to be used with submersible well pumps or as a replacement switch. It can be wired 115 volt or 230 volt.

Adjustable Pressure
This 30/50 pressure switch has adjustable cut-in (30 PSI) and cut-off (50 PSI) pressures, with a removable cap for easy adjustment. It’s compatible with submersible pumps and can be wired for 115V or 230V, simplifying installation.

Replaced a sticking pressure switch. Maintained proper pressure within a few psi. Does not come with pressure line to pump. I picked one up at tractor supply.

I needed a new switch because when replacing the last one I accidentally grabbed the wrong type of switch off the shelf at Ace -- that is, the kind with the little arm on it that stops the pump from coming on when the pressure tank pressure drops below 10 lbs. Don't get that kind unless you understand what it's for.This switch LOOKS great, with brass contacts and screws, distinctly better than the usual Square D version. II have great hopes of never having to replace it.

This part was a perfect replacement for the well pump switch that had finally started showing signs of wear after about twenty years. Hopefully the new one will last at least as long, and I’ll be very happy of it does…
