Its a nice feeling for sore feet. It can be intense if your are mashing your feet in them all wild like and trying to push all your weight into it so just use them lightly at first. I plan to get a few of them and make a path to my bathroom so when I wake up I can be like Super mario and hop from one to another and wake my feet up without touching the cold floor. Try with socks at first if its too scary for you. Otherwise dont be a you know what and just go for it!

The two domes arrived quickly and, of course, required no assembly. I hope they will help me improve my balance and, if that doesn't happen, it will not be their fault because they are well made. They were fairly easy to start trying some simple exercised and keeping my balance.

These help with my somatic movement practice and to communicate strong proprioceptive feedback to my nervous system while dealing with vestibular dysfunction. Not flimsy, can fully stand on them if I want to.

1 of the domes was fine, but the other had been previously opened and was no longer inside its protective film. Worse, it was deflated and air was leaking out. Will return as it is not usable.

The description is accurate and quality is great. They are quite heavy duty and can handle being walked on (for foot massage purposes) or lying down on (for floor work) by someone 115lbs as well as 260lbs.

Pokey ouch feet domes are so very good. In all seriousness as a comedian, forget that Yamuna overpriced shite. These are quite good! Totally recommend
