Never knew about cabin filter until lately. Got this filter and replaced my VERY dirty previous one that was 7 years old. Easy to insert. Watched video on YouTube about how to insert and it was very easy. Will change at least yearly from this point on. Filter fit great.

Good filtration and does eliminate odors but also reduces air flow 1-2 notches IWC. Normally a 1-3 setting in my car allows for adequate whole cabin circulation, but I've found I have to up those requirements 2 settings on a 7 notch cabin fan setting - so I run 3-6 now. It does eliminate some normal odors which is nice but I think they should make a MERV 10-11 instead of MERV 13. MERV 13 always seems to hurt the HVAC machines over long use as it puts more strain on them. Thank you
