It had good reviews so I thought I would give it a shot. I can't understand all of the quotes and don't need the philosophical confusion of words to start my day. I have a master's degree but it's not in philosophy or ancient history so I'm going to pass on this one and return it. The coin and scratching off quotes is a little weird but maybe some people like it. I need something a little more simple.

This is a nice little calendar that has a sturdy board stand-up holder. It can be used anything as it is not associated with any particular year. Each day has a stoic quote or quote of some note as not all are stoics. Easy to turn the pages as there are large rings to hold the pages. Comes with a small medallion that has cardinal virtues courage justice temperance wisdom written on one side with scales of justice and Marcus Aurelius on the other in a small plastic case. While the rings look gold in the photo, they look more silver at home if that matters to you.*Note*Vine reviewers are invited to select products on offer which Amazon then sends for free.
