I have purchased several of these hoses. I genuinely like them. Two recent ones failed and started leaking. I contacted the company through an unusual email address found on a small piece of paper. After multiple emails, I stopped trying.They ask for proof of purchase and order numbers. No problem providing. The next several email requests were for pictures and videos to help them improve quality.I complied only to be asked for more pictures and videos. I stopped.When the hoses work, they are great. Do not rely on customer service if they fail.

Had to return but for longer hose. No leaks, no kinks rolls up on hose reel easier than standard hose. Best hose I have ever purchased.

I love these metal hoses. This is probably the third one I've bought, and I love them. Why? Because they're strong, won't spring a leak from rose thorns, and they are lightweight. Their flexibility is lovely - they feel like a slinky in my hand, and they carry water just great. I'm not sure why they're not used by everyone everywhere, but I am slowly shifting all my outdoor hoses over to this type. (I use it on my timed watering system, leading to drip lines around my garden. Haven't ever used it as a hand-held garden hose, which might get hot in the summer sun - but who knows? It might be excellent for that, too.) Overall, I really am glad I began using these metal hoses.

I bought the 100 ft hose. Very light weight. Seems impossible to kink or tangle up.It's almost rhe perfect hose so far. No leaks. Very easy to maneuver since it is so very light weight.My only Complaint is the inner diameter. I read nothing anywhere that told me what the diameter was.I wrongly assumed it would be rhe standard garden hose size.But I was wrong about that. It's very small. I suspect it's either 3/8 or 1/2.I had hoped to use it with my yard sprinkler because it's 100 ft long.When I hooked it up, it was a sad display. The sprinkler water reached about 6 ft in the air.So not near enough pressure for this hose.But since I do really like this hose, I will find another use for it.

This 12 foot hose is for the cleaning of our duck hunting dogs , work’s great. We run warm water thru that hose and the dogs love it.

FAILED after 1 year. The green plastic knob has fallen off the rest of the hose, so there's no way to connect the hose to the spigot. We used it maybe 20x. I even tried soaking it in vinegar to decalcify stuff. Waste of money.

I’ve been using this hose for about a year now. It stays out in the elements. No rust, no kinks, no problems. Would buy again.

This is the third metal hose I have bought, and I much prefer them over regular rubber hoses or the expandable type. A contractor who did some work for me used this hose and commented also on the ease of use and non-kinking attribute. The screw on nozzle end included was a throwaway for me, as I didn't care for it, and I had a couple of other nozzles with several adjustments that I preferred. I hope this lasts well, as I want these to be the last hoses I buy for many years.

La uso para el lavadero y es muy práctica, ya que la puedo usar en los dos lados del lavadero. Otras mangueras son demasiado largas pero esta tiene el tamaño perfecto y puede estar a la intemperie sin dañarse.
