After watching a few videos online I attempted okonomiyaki. Very easy and delicious I must say. I always see the online chefs using two spatulas exactly like these to flip and shape the pancake. I ordered and was not disappointed. These are very well made, sturdy stainless steel with plastic handles. Will last a lifetime and are very inexpensive.

These spatulas are very good quality and feel very good in the hand. I had recently purchased a similar ser marketed by the same brand as my propane griddle and was very disappointed by the flimsy and weak design. I am very satisfied with this new purchase and would highly recommend.EDIT : not so happy after all. After several uses I realize that they are definitely not stainless steel as they are VERY reactive to a magnet and they will rust / tarnish (see photo)They are very durable and heavy duty and I will continue to use them.

We love these. They help clean the Blackstone as well as for flipping small quantities of food items. We got them mainly for cleaning and moving grease off the cooking surface to the trough in the back. Have one for each Blackstone!

They are perfect for eggs with the round shape. I wish the handle was a little longer for use with a grill but they work great with a pan or flat top!
