A good way to place a roast in a roasting pan, and cook it evenly and thoroughly ! The rack is made well, and is sturdy! It is adjustable to accommodate most sizes! Well worth what I paid !

I purchased a similar rack several years ago that was described as nickel plated. After many years of use the plating wore through and it began to rust. I wanted to replace it with a stainless steel rack. This one is clearly stainless. I tested it with a strong magnet. The magnetic attraction was negligible and the test satisfied me. It appears to be well made and the spot welds were satisfactory. I have no doubt that this will last longer than I will.
