This was easy to install and works great. My old one snapped in half as it was 13 years old. I like this new one as it is strong, easy to install and has had the door slammed shut while the screen door was open and did not break as it was windy outside and one door was not latched. I am happy I purchased this item as a great replacement and upgrade to what I had which was tiny and hard to reach and use. I recommend this as it works great easy to install.

I bought this to replace the one that I had. I live in a R. V. Park, so I had a lot of screen door latches to look at. I chose this style because it was the least complicated. It was easy to install and is working great! No problem so far! The price was affordable also!

When my rv screen door latch broke, it was bad news. I have a Service Dog and 3 spoiled cats, and my screen door keeps them inside. The installation was easy and quick.

It looks much like the original even .ounted in the same holes of the original but it doesn't release when you open the outside door or work real well with the screen door sliding panel. The panel has a sliding device so that you don't have to open the sliding panel to unlatch the screen door latch. It is supposed to do the work for you and not let in any Flys or bugs. Anyways the latch doesn't want to latch on to the outside door either without forcing it. So it looks great but don't fit right. I need the original latch. I guess it's a stop off at Camping World to see if they have it.

The build quality and thickness of the handle is better than the latch that came with our trailer. We should get many years of use from this latch. It will be much better than the string we added as a temporary fix - that gets annoying when you're camping every weekend.
