The slip-resistant knobs on top are a thoughtful touch, letting me rest the zester on the cutting board without any slipping or rotating.While the zester is amazing overall, I do wish the protective sheath was of a higher quality—it could be sturdier. However, considering the performance and build quality, this zester is definitely worth the extra money compared to others on the market. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe, which is a must for easy cleaning.If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to upgrade the protective sheath. Other than that, this lemon zester is a game-changer in my kitchen!

The recipe called for the zest of two oranges. My cheese grater wasn't up to the job and a knife wouldn't have produced a fine enough zest. This was a pleasure to use.Not cheap. Won't use it that often, but dang -- it did the job beautifully. I like fact that it has a cover so that it won't carve up my fingers when I reach in the drawer for it a few months -- or years from now.

I replaced my old, dull, grater that I used for years with this new, sharp, micro plane. Wow! What a difference it makes! The grip is easy to hold and the tines are sharp making it effortless to zest any citrus for recipes. I like that it has a safety cover for storage. Very sturdy and appears to not bend when using.

This is ok. It's a bit shorter than my last one. Also has a curve underneath that tends to collect what I'm grinding, I can't decide if I like that feature or not. Very happy with grating parm, but it entirely juiced a shallot.

High quality and zests a lemon or lime in no time. Collects the zest in the back if you hold the citrus and pull the zester over it if you know what i mean instead of passing the citrus over the zester.

Vale totalmente el precio, ralla precioso y va conteniendo todo, realmente lo que se te llega a caer es muy poco y comparado con el rallador normal, lo que se desperdicia es mÃnimo también. El material del que está hecho se ve de muy buena calidad y viene con un protector para guardarlo. La limpieza la califiqué con 3 porque sà es complicado quitar los restos de las orillas y se tiene que hacer con cuidado para que la fibra o esponja no se te atore o, no se rompan o doblen los "dientitos".
