I bought these pans for feeding my chickens. The depth helps keep feed in the pan and off the ground. Mostly. I cover the pans at night, and with the lid on and held down by a brick, the night marauders are kept out.

Love the fact that they came with covers, that you didn't have to order separately. Cleaned them up after using, now in storage waiting their next use.

I was looking everywhere for these kind of pans but they are expensive everywhere. They are awesome to keep or wash veggies, keep leftovers in fridge or warm up them in the oven. They are not designed for stove tops electric or gaz. But you can bake in them as well. My fav stuff in the kitchen
