These seem to be durable and hold their shape well. Perfect for four-square and a little basketball for our grade school boys. They came partially inflated, so we had to pump them up the rest of the way before use. No problems.

Perfect 4-square ball. However, I found the same ball for a few dollars cheaper at a local sporting goods store.

I bought four of these for group kids' games on turf. Of the four, all were in "new" condition and actually inflated to stated dimensions and held their round, ball shape. (Not so with other brands I had purchased at same time to compare: oblong when inflated & damaged right out of the box.) The kids went for these bright, colorful balls first - attractive in that sense. I'll give 'em 5 stars if they hold their air, their shape, and prove durable in the long run. The ball surface is a rubberized, textured cover, softer than a leather soccer ball or basketball, harder than a foam-type ball. One youngster inadvertently took a strong, kickball shot directly to the face from about four feet away. It stung a bit, he cried a little, but came back to play some more with no bruising or scraping. Overall, a good ball choice for games where accidental contact with the ball may occur.

I read a lot of reviews for different balls and all had some complaints for different reasons. This one was one with better reviews and we've been pleased with it. My 11 yo son and his friends play four square with this on hot concrete all the time and it is holding up wonderfully and still looks practically new. If it ever pops I will definitely buy again.

Bought for a birthday present and the birthday girl loved it. All the kids at the school seem to play four square before school and during recess. Small enough to carry back and forth in a backpack and the color was percect.

It was round like a ball should be but since I just received it I can't say how durable it will be. That review will have to come at a later date.

we have yet to test the ball out side. it was shipped on time and slightly deflated. We filled it up and its holding air.looking to have lots of out door fun with this in the spring!

I pumped it up and had a slight bulge nothing major then I got run over by a taxi didn't pop is still fine and it's perfectly round now, we love it it's the head of the schoolyard.

Got this for my son for Christmas. It was too cold to use until recently (March), ball was deflated tried to pump it up and the ball valve fell into the ball. A waste of money and a very sad little boy. Now it's too late to return it.
