I ordered two of these backpacks. They are a perfect size for taking a few pistols to the range or for school supplies. I used one of the backpacks quite a bit, the second one had an issue the first time that I used it. One of the main straps ripped where it attached to the bag.I contacted the seller and asked about this issue. They stated that they would be happy to simply replace the backpack. About 3 days later I received the new one. They were great to deal with and I'm glad that I bought it from them.

The bag, has had frayed strings falling out regularly and also a decent size hole. Contacted the seller and was ignored. Owned less than 3 months before it was unusable.

I love this style backpack and have owned them in the past, but none have ever fallen apart this quickly. I bought this in June 2021 and by the end of December it had this hole just appear. It had started fraying on the inside seams a month or rtwo after buying it, to the point that the fraying would snag the zippers and I'd have to fight them and trim them off to open and close the pockets.This was not under heavy use AT ALL. I used this pack to commute on the train daily and it was rarely ever filled before only half-full, and even those times the only reason it was full was because I'd stuffed a shirt or jacket inside.This was a disappointing purchase.
