I would honestly give it seven out of five stars if I could. Excellent quality, it fits perfectly. Customer service reached out to double check where I wanted the zipper. The material is super soft. I went with the double piping which makes it have nice crisp edges all the way around the cushion. It's a good quality foam too.

This is a very good company imo. I had a custom size and shape mattress made for a bed I built in a trailer. Very good quality firm foam. Nice outdoor soft fabric for a cover. They have many many options. They triple checked by email my dimensions and requests. Built in China and sent to N Central USA in 10 days. They package it unbelievably well. Be careful when opening the package. It was vaccum packed in a small package so it is wrapped in plastic, cardboard and alot of tape. When you get to the last and final vac bag, it expands pretty quickly.All in all I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship. Would use them again for sure!And they were 1/3 the price of upholstery and mattress Companies.Thank You

I was skeptical when I ordered this custom-fit cushion. When I received it, it was rolled and in a vacuum sealed package which left me concerned it wouldn’t flatten out. It did & it fits my space perfectly! The linen fabric and color is very nice.Very happy with the quality & craftsmanship. Super comfy to sit on while putting on my shoes. My dog loves it too! It’s where he hangs out waiting for me to come home.

Fabric is great soft and smooth. The light teal color is perfect and it fits perfectly in the seat. I would order again but I will say the cover is a little twisted over the foam and I have not been able to correct it. I will need to get some help to straighten it. 2 man job

Cushion is well made but wrong color. I ordered beige gray but am sure I received beige as it is almost white. Kind of disappointed but since it is customized there is no return. Colors are tricky on the computer but this is a match to the beige not the beige gray I ordered.UPDATE: Seller has offered a full refund on the cushion which is remarkable to me! You cannot go wrong dealing with people willing to stand behind their product. I am ordering another cushion tonight in a much darker color!UPDATE: Received new cushion and it is exactly as ordered. Thank you! Well made and very attractive.

I ordered a custom cushion for my mud bench with the ‘Jacquard - Light Grey’ fabric. The Jacquard fabric description says “Smooth and soft, Lightweight and breathable, Water repellent fabricâ€. Jacquard is typically a cotton / cotton-blend fabric. The jacquard fabric on my cushion is polyester/nylon, shiny and slippery, similar to the fabric of a windbreaker jacket. The picture of the jacquard fabric looks nothing like the fabric on my cushion. I spent $100 and I am extremely disappointed in the fabric. I see that the product customization now separates the fabric selections into Indoor and Outdoor fabrics and Jacquard is an outdoor fabric selection (when I ordered my cushion, there was no split between Indoor and Outdoor fabrics). Just a warning - the cushion was wrapped in plastic and shipped in a very small box. The cushion expanded to the full size when the plastic was removed but there were so many wrinkles in the fabric. I removed the cushion cover, washed it, and ironed it but there are still a lot of wrinkles.

I’m so grateful this merchant offers custom cushion sizing. The cost was affordable and so convenient to make the order. I ordered outdoor fabric in navy blue so it will compliment my current and any future patio chair cushion patterns. The delivery was a reasonable time. The packaging is airtight compression, making the delivery so easy. I ordered the 2 inch thickness and am very happy with the depth and firmness. Cushy yet firm. After careful package opening and expansion of the cushion, all the initial fabric wrinkles smoothed out 100% in a few days. And my odd size bench of 15 inches deep by 31 inches long now looks amazing on my deck. See my uploaded photos. I highly recommend this company.
