Sharpie is the de facto permanent marker standard and has been for decades. When I ask for a marker I say “can you get me a Sharpie?†However these are a game changer and I can never go back, at least with what I carry with me.The tips on these markers are amazing. Any other brand marker the felt tips wear down incredibly easily as they are more mushy and soft like a sponge. Depending on how hard you write, this will negatively impact the marker life. These Milwaukee markers are arguably the firmest tip I’ve ever felt. I can push moderately hard and the tip does not “squish†like cheaper markers do. I have found this to produce a finer line when writing, making my handwriting much clearer and crisp. With this same point alone, the tips wear down significantly slower than Sharpie and other brands. Price wise they seem reasonable and in my opinion worth it.

I really love using these permanent markers. They are great quality and very affordable. I had some and I also got some from Christmas presents.

Works like a charm, almost too well. I suggest marking a small area on a tile you're working with, and make sure you can rub it off/clean it - some tiles get permanently stained by this marker. If it gets wet, it is relatively easy to get it dry and working again. This is a must have for Tile Installers.

Great sharpie replacement, stays in my pocket no matter how much I move even when I crawl through tight attics. Love the hard hat clip, super convenient just to set and forget on my hard hat and anytime I need it just pop it off use it and put it back . The tips also don’t wear as quickly as sharpie when writing on rougher surfaces.

As an auto repair owner, I have been using sharpies for markers for years. Recently I was told about these markers and that they write anywhere regardless of grease or residue. So I figured I would give them a try. Well this is my second package I've purchased. All my mechanics use these exclusively now and we won't be going back to sharpies for shop markers. Give them a try, I would bet you don't regret it.

They are tough and most important to me is that I have not had one bleed out or crack under pressure yet

Van bien para superficies lisas, en cuanto lo usas en cemento o baldosa (cara de atrás) te cargas la punta.

Usually I use sharpies but after I had used these the sharpies are now redundant! Nice tight tip which draws a fine line on wood, metal, but if you need a more accurate measurement best stick to scribers. I've used them on both metal and wood, and for the jobs I did they were more than close enough to make my cuts along. As with any marker, it's a case of either cutting to the outside, on or inside the line, double checking the measurement is paramount so when you've marked the line you have an idea as to which side of the line to cut. With light pressure they produce a fine line, more than enough for door fitting, countertop fitting etc. Overall a light, permanent marker that works better than a sharpie.
