Far superior to Porter-Cable. Batteries long lasting and charges within a few hours. Saw and batteries are heavy but that's why it's heavy duty. About 30 lbs. The weight can be an advantage when cutting. Replacing blades is super easy. I just love it and have cut trees up to 12+ inches. A great alternative if you don't like operating chain saws, have to worry about sharpening blades PLUS this saw is much safer to use!!

This Sawzall is a beast. Just changed blades and easily cut through metal & wood.

HVAC install, general construction and housework. This is awesome to use in attics and crawl spaces saves some time from running extension cords, no hassle of getting tangled up. Excellent battery life. I had a dead tree (locust) outside my house about 9 inches thick and cut through it with this. May be a little heavy but I use it almost every day on job sites and it stands up well to contractor level abuse.

This sawmill is very impressive. Having used the M18 fuel sawmill for two years for quick work, but still relying on my corded sawzall for the majority of my work I am completely satisfied with the balance, weight, speed. accuracy and control of the super sawzall

Couldn’t be happier. I’m in the trades & have access to many many different Milwaukee power tools to use as needed from our tool crib & keep on my truck. I finally broke down & bought this particular sawzall due to it having the orbital feature. This is a heavy duty & beefy commercial grade saw that will take a beating & keep going. You get what you pay for.Enough said...

The Milwaukee Sawzall, battery, and charger seem to be fine. However, the set arrived with a broken plastic clip at one end of the shoulder strap. When I called Milwaukee Tools for a new clip or strap, I was given the part number for a complete large contractor's bag and told that I could purchase it. However, since "... Amazon and eBay aren't Milwaukee Authorized Dealers," there is no warranty coverage. This isn't a big deal for the defective strap, but it might be for the $150 battery, the $80 charger, or the $230 saw. The question is, would it be worth the hassle of returning it?

I'm sure it is a great tool, but the condition of the box is really terrible. I am surprised the product inside isn't damaged. Really disappointed, because I am giving this as a gift. Amazon needs to do better then this! It came in a perfect amazon box, witch means an employee decided it was ok to ship looking the way it did.
