The pliers have been super helpful with my balloon decorations. You have to squeeze them in order for the balloon neck to stay open. They work very well.

It’s easy to use if you are putting a small item in the balloon, but if it’s bigger than 2 or so inches, you have to really manipulate the device and the balloon while trying not to tear the top of the balloon.

I’m sure these were great for opening up balloons, but I use them for narrow silicone molds and it’s the perfect tool
