I really enjoy these. It keeps my drone from slamming on with the ground. I really want to buy the same landing gear but with the claw attachment so I can pick things up or drop 5 pounds of dog shit in my neighbors pool.

This is a must if you fly in grassy areas. The legs elevate your drone so that debris from the ground doesn't enter the motors or electronics. Inexpensive insurance against costly repairs.

Takes a few tries to get the landing gear to slide on and off. When sitting on the ground, the Mini 4 Pro thinks it's in the air and descending even though sitting still. You can work around it, but I'm not finding a way to tell it 20mm higher is the ground. My only other problem is that the device is just big enough that it doesn't store in the case I bought.

Fit perfectly. Easy to install and remove for storage. These allow take off and landing in grass, and prevent wear to the arms and body.

This is a neat little item that makes landing my drone just a little bit easier. I was using pieces of cardboard or whatever I could find around the house that would make a good landing pad, especially when landing in grass. I am a little surprised that something this simple was not already included in the original box contents of the drone.It snaps in place fairly easily. Info with the landing gear indicates it has to be removed if changing the battery. I was able to change a battery without doing that. The gear seems to snap in place well and feels pretty solid. However, I'm sure that it could be broken if handled rough enough. After all, it is just plastic. No problems at all so far though. Works just fine with the Mini4 Pro drone.

This STARTRC landing gear setup is light weight, compact and made entirely of plastic. The plastic material helps to keep the weight of your DJI Mini 4 Pro setup light but does feel a little fragile.It is easy to clip on to the drone's body and can be folded up to keep the drone profile small for storage in a bag. You are able to attach the stock gimbal cover with it on (although not as securely as it uses the clip point of the gimbal guard as an attachment point) but you wont be able to use the propeller guard strap that comes with your drone which was a little disappointing. I am not sure if there are aftermarket propeller straps that fit with the landing gear installed but because of this reason I feel the need to remove them in order to put my propeller guards on for storage as protecting the propellers is important to me.I think for the asking price of $11 at time of review this is a good little upgrade. It allows you to take off and land on more surfaces without the fear of scratching the bottom of your drone or caking up your bottom sensors with dirt. It does feel a little flimsy but it has been holding up great for me so far.

Be aware this will put you over the 250g weight limit. But overall it works great. It helps in landing in grass and sandy areas. It saves the blades... easy to install and remove. The legs fold up for easy storage nice touch! Great product.

With smaller drones I am fanatical about keeping the drone on landing as high off the ground as possible. Most of the time i just do hand landings but there are times when that's not practical and that's why I have skids for all of my smaller drones.I've bought landing gear from this company a couple of times for some of my other drones and I've had exceptionally good luck with them most of the time I like to just leave the landing gear on the drone that way I'm not pulling it on taking it off yadda yadda well in this case you have no choice the gimbal protector will not go on to the aircraft to protect the gimbal if the landing gear is still attached. Now my problem with this is out of the other sets of landing gear that I have from them they all fit with the gimbal protector on. I hope they consider a review of the issue and then find a way to update future products for the mini 4 pro.Like I shared I have bought from this company in the past and I do like their products. Especially their landing gear when it's folded up it clicks in it doesn't open up it's not a pain and I've never had one that went soft on a landing meaning that one side collapsed. I have a friend of mine that his drone was running with landing gear not made by this company and even though he had snapped it out and I heard the positive snap before he started his flight when he landed his drone the port landing side gear collapsed which drove the props right into the ground.So with that said I'll continue to use and stay with STARTRC PHOTO for landing gear and hopefully they'll come up with a fix for the DJI mini 4 pro.
