Note:
- Before using, check the needle is locked.
- Insert the tag pin to the end, you can see through the gap that 1 tag pin is loaded behind the needle
- Make sure the needle is pushed through the fabric when using
- Press the handle, release it fully, then press it again.
- Keep layers smooth and flat while fastening.
- After using, put the protective cover on the needle
If it gets stuck
- Pull out the loaded fastener and reload it.
- Or turn the white fixed switch to pull out the needle and fastener, and then reinstall them

It works but only some of the time. I worked in retail, I’ve used these for years, with this one you have to keep clicking it until it takes. Kind of frustrating.

I would have expected to pay more for this given the nice case, the numerous extra needles and the huge amount of “stitches†they include with this kit but it was very reasonably priced for such an awesome set. It worked with no issue (I tried it out on an hankie since I had little to lose using something non important) and you don’t really need to read the directions since it was all intuitive. It’s basically a store tag gun but in mini form. I will be using it for jean cuffs, tee shirt cuff sleeve fastening and for the occasional quick repair. I did find this gun’s plastic stitches to be a bit bigger and more noticeable than another gun I got for my college age granddaughter but it still does a nice job. It isn’t going to really resemble a stitch or hold it as close together as a pulled tight stitch would, there is a gap when pulled, but for quick repairs on the go or for a college kiddo, it’s a handy thing to have.

This Mini Stitch Gun set is quite the nice unit. The set comes with the extra needles and a lot of fasteners as well as a semi hard case to keep everything together.The Stitch Gun works really well and the fasteners load in and are applied very easily. I have been using this to repair small missing stitches on my pants and they are also great to attach my collars to my shirt to keep them from flipping or folding the wrong way.Also if you own a business and need to attach tags to articles of clothing then this works very well.

Especially helpful with buttons. I did a pant's edge, testing it long term. That said, easy enough to work with.

The gun works fine, but the tails are too easy to break so had to get better ones.I like that it comes with a handy case, it is much handier to tag my clothes now to keep me organizedwith Poshmark.
