I placed this receiver in a Gyro F602. I had previous replaced the wall switch/remote WCS212 -- but it didn't solve my problem. The original receiver was green and was listed as model P001022500S this was Grey, Model L001022500S but otherwise identical in the spec's so I took a chance and it worked perfectly. There was a slight delay in syncing it up to wall mounted remote (Holding the stop button after turning the power back on waiting for the down light to flash). Syncing took maybe 30 seconds -- but it worked perfectly.

This replaced my original receiver from 2011 on my F402 Fan, which suffered overvoltage due to a lightning strike near the house. Just re-wired exactly like the old one, make sure you follow the directions about syncing the wall or remote switch and receiver by pushing the Stop button until the light blinks twice, which is in the installation instructions. Works perfectly.

Not happy!! The receiver is NOT communicating properly with the fan!! Low, medium and high fan settings are reversed on the remote despite multiple attempts at resetting. Unable to reverse fan direction. Not happy at all! Would have notified you earlier, but I have not been able to get an electrician here to get this done with Covid-19.

Just make sure you order the one that matches your fan, some fans rotate in addition to normal operation.
