Camera works great; however the case was not included and when I tried to reach out for support via Amazon's Minolta contact information I was directed to Konica Minolta who told me they could not help.

I was weary purchasing a used camera on amazon; however, the camera I received was perfect. I really like the case and strap it came with. The camera also came with a battery. The camera was packaged well and came clean with only a couple cosmetic scratches on the bottom. The shutter has gotten stuck once, but a quick google search taught me how to fix that issue. It would have been nice if a manual came with the camera. Attached are a couple photos I took with the camera so far. I look forward to taking more photos with the camera.

I would give this product a C+ at best. Box came damaged lens grinds when zooming in and out. Didn't come with a bag like description said strap wasn't as pictured

Came intact, not the strap shown in the picture but that’s alright. They advertise the camera as coming with the leather case but no case came with mine. Did come with film which is nice.
