I love the narrow lines. I think there is a choice in line width, so don’t let my line width preferences scare you off of you prefer wider lines. I like the colors. The paper itself is a decent quality. I came back and ordered a second set so I guess that says a lot. And it wouldn’t surprise me if I were to order more as the need arises.

I’ve bought these twice now and love them. Perfect size for work notes and housekeeping lists. Am lost without them.

I usually order these in bundles of the narrow ruled. I wasn't super careful last time I ordered and didn't pay attention that my selection of colors had changed it to gregg ruled notebooks. These are great and very durable notebooks, and I have them all over at my work and home. Definitely worth the money. 5 stars because it was my own stupid fault for not paying attention.

I purchased these for a 2nd (maybe 3rd!) time because they are plain front and clean looking, but mostly beause the covers are a durable plastic as opposed to a simple card board. (I also received a 4 pack set that was cardboard and I will review that separately as I was disappointed in that).update:It's not letting me review the different packs separately, I guess because it was all in one order (but 3 different sets I ordered), so I'll put it here: One of the sets I ordered, was a 4 pack of primary colors and it was not the durable plastic front cover. They were cardboard. Not that big of a deal, but it was not what I was expecting, not like the others in the order, and upon review of the onlilne information, it does not indicate that these would be different. So I'm not as happy with that and would like an explanation.

I will preface this review by admitting that I am 72 y.o. and things do change.This is called a steno pad But there is no line down the middle. I used to use shorthand a lot and to me a steno pad has a line down the middle. I use these pads for other things now but admit I still prefer there be a line down the middle. The lines are narrow which could be a problem if you were actually using them for shorthand but don't present a problem for me.Anyway, the pads are decent and if you don't care about the line down the middle, you will probably be happy with them. I think the name is misleading but that's just me. I don't know that shorthand is even taught these days.

Colors are really pretty - I bought the pastels. Covers are sturdy, pliable, and plastic. The back is grey cardboard and pretty firm. The pages are a nice weight - not thick but not so thin that they feel like they'll tear. These are nice top spiral steno pads, priced right.Update for those asking about bleed-through. I'm posting photos, front and back, with ballpoint, gel, and Sharpie ink.

I like these enough that a bought a second set.The lines are in an engineering graphic. If that’s not your thing, get a regular steno pad.I like the top fold as it fits on my knee board. The small size allows me to take it in the field or office. All my pads have held up from use and carry. I can’t comment on how it holds up in the weather as I try to not get paper pads wet.

Was so pleased with my order . The Steno books arrived very well packaged , I love the vibrant colors and the durability of them there tuff and will last. Also like the narrow ruled these have . I use they for notes and grocery list and for writing.. and they were a great value fit the money .. I will be buying these again . You know what these steno books would make a great gift for any one who does a lot of note taking and writing or those friends and family who loves making lists
