I just love writing reviews for products that I love. I bought the 5" because I'm 5'8" with a 32" inseam. First out of the bag I was impressed by the zip off pillow cover, it is soft and smooth and I don't have to supply an odd shaped pillow cover. 2) the edges are tall, so that means on your back your legs can lay next to each other in a more natural position. 3) the seam down the middle makes the pillow cradles your leg and you can totally relax without feeling you're slipping to one side or the other 4) the pillow length is perfect so your ankle can totally relax on your back 5) this is a great side sleeper too. 6) unlike a bed pillow, managing this pillow while you sleep and roll over is so easy. It seems to move easy under blankets 7) as a hot sleeper I was a little shocked when this pillow did not heat up like bed pillows do. 8) the pillow is just a little narrow for both legs the long way but turn it 90% and it makes a nice bump for your knees while your feet rest on the bed. It's been about a month and so far there is no compression in the pillow. It's a pillow and eventually it will compress some, I think. I'll order another one when that happens, I like it that much.

Worked as described. Haven’t had much luck with prior purchases of these kinds of products However this one worked. I am also considering getting one size smaller as well as they stay thick and don’t go flat. I tend to be a Goldie locks sleeper where I need a bit of variety at times. My sleep has been less interrupted and I do not wake up in horrid pain like I used to. Also recommend getting a zippered pillow case as this keeps it from slipping off and wrinkling under your knees and legs.

I got this pillow to go between my knees and ankles to alleviate hip pain. I'm 5'4", 120 lb, 30" inseam. The 26" long pillow feels very long (I could honestly use 2" less), but this was as advertised. I'm not a huge person so I ordered the 5" thickness; in hindsight, I wish I'd ordered the 6" thickness, but this is adequate and does help with my posture when lying on my side.My only critique (which is probably no fault of the pillow but just a factor of how I use it) is that the pillow collects heat underneath and actually makes me too warm at night. Partway through the night, I've been waking up and flipping it over to allow a new "cool" underside. I suspect this would happen with most pillows though.Otherwise, this is comfortable and didn't smell at all, as so many memory foam pillows do. Would recommend!

This is a great pillow alternative to when I do not want to use a full body pillow. Perfect support and it is so comfortable!

This is the most amazing pillow! It is the perfect height for between the legs and I had the best sleep using it. I highly recommend this pillow.

This is a good pillow for long legs.I am 5’2’ this is like a mattress for me ,it also to thick not soft like I would like,it’s good to sit on.so I am keeping it to sit on.but I needed a pillow between my knees for night sleeping.

Has helped relieve hip and joint pain. It is long enough to allow full leg support from knee down; not too thick and has slight valley in middle to place leg. I wouldn't do without it.

This pillow has changed my sleep quality more than I could have imagined. The lower back pain that I was constantly waking up with has disappeared completely.The straps secure the pillow nicely to one leg so that when you roll over, the pillow moves easily with you. With the soft fabric cover, I am comfortable throughout the night. You won't be disappointed with this pillow!

I've been looking for years for the perfect pillow for between my knees. It's almost become a joke in my family. This is the perfect pillow. I can honestly say I have finally found it. I found a pillowcase that fits perfectly, so I don't have to wash the whole pillow, I had no pain in the morning. It doesn't slip around, stays put...its cozy and the perfect thickness. At last. I can stop searching. Eureka.
