I liked the flat plate and it paired up with my H-track well. None of this electrical stuff is high quality anymore but it works.

one screw hole to attach the plate to the electrical track but no holes to mount the plate to the ceiling box... had to drill holes

Ok.... not impressed.... had some issue how to mount to ceiling.... but got it to work. Would not buy again,do think there is better. Just my opinion....
