This product is seriously fantastic! We’ve had them in two separate houses (yes, we came back to buy because they were that good!)But let’s be honest here. My boyfriend and I enjoy our sleeping in (when we can) So sunlight is the devil.Pros:*definitely blocks out light/ sun*SUPER easy to install. Just sticks up on the top of the window after you peel back the tape.*you can cut it to any window length/size*no power tools needed.*cutest little, nifty clips in case you want to open the windows or let some sun in 😊CONS:*adhesive is not very strong. We learned fairly quickly that you also need some thumbtacks or something to make sure it stays up there.*any sort of sideways wind/fan is an absolute NO-GO. I’ve raised my blood pressure by 6000 trying to make sure these F-ers stayed in place to keep the sun out.HOWEVER !!!! I will say, we only had issues in our second house that has poor ventilation/needs fans. A normal house(last place) we had absolutely zero problems minus the adhesive. These absolutely do work, and very well. But you have to remember that they are paper. So they flow easily. The material is similar to that of thick construction paper.Overall, I would absolutely buy again for wherever we live.8/10

The shades are darker than some I have bought in the past at retail stores. Overall Iam happy with the product. Some downfalls:**The clips to keep the shades up so you can see out your window DO NOT WORK. I bought cheap medium sized binder clips to keep mine up and they work perfectly for me.**The adhesive doesn't work. This is an issue with most paper blinds. I have always used my staple gun to secure these types of blinds and it works perfectly 👌!!I live in an apartment and my window directly faces the parking lot. This makes it difficult to sleep at night with head lights shining in. Neighbors also frequently pass by my window to walk their pets. These shades help to block it all out and give me privacy and darkness at night when I need it. My cat will likely destroy these at some point so I wanted something that was easily replaced and that's exactly what I got. The box of six was a great bargain! I have a wide window and used 2 side by side. I would definitely purchase this product again.

In a new house with no window treatments & got these as a temporary solution. They’re perfect in the baby’s room, its very dark in there. I used the trimmed parts to cover even more windows, and used them horizontally in smaller windows. Was able to install on bottom parts of windows to provide privacy and not block out all the natural light.I used permanent double stick tape after the original adhesion kept failing and they’ve stayed. They’re a nice, durable, heavy weight paper. I’d buy again.

This product is a total waste of money. First, the shades are all squished in a box causing them to bend . I overlooked that and worked around the bent sides as I needed to cut them. Once cut and installed , they keep falling off the window and will not stay put .since I’ve already cut them to size , I’m stuck with them.ive installed redi shade in the past and they worked really well . Save your money and get those instead . These are useless

I love the selection of colors, the variety in sizes because you can cut these, and the sturdiness of the blinds. They will tear and/or puncture but not too easy. I pinned mine in the middle for window decor to accent my curtain design. The surface is very important for the adhesion. Flat is the best way to go. Painted surfaces will stick but may continuously fall. I stuck mine to the flat metal surface of my windows and I learned they will stick but I do live in a concrete apartment and if it's too hot in an area they fall; if it's too cold and there is precipitation, they will not stick to a metal flat surface. I do love that they were not expensive, there was enough received for the money I spent, but I do wish the adhesion was a bit stronger. I used concrete tape to help keep them sticking to the metal and at times that does not work either but I re-stick them until I figure out another product to replace them with.

The main reason I bought these was to keep most light out of the rooms I have them in. So far, they’ve not only kept out light, I’ve noticed the rooms seem a bit cooler in temperature now.Keeping these up with just the tape isn’t ideal, and the tacks do not go into the windowsill I have. I bought gorilla glue double sided tape. They stopped falling. It seems like they’re taking some time to reach the bottom so I can finally remove the drapes I have at my windows but that isn’t a big deal. While installing the PAPER shades, my may get some paper cuts. That was my mistake and so I believed a warning should be issued to some that are in a hurry, like me and want these up and done already. They are not sheer. You cannot peek in from the outside with these on, unless you aren’t careful with your measurements and you cut too much off of one shade. I left them as is.

These provide excellent light protection, however the adhesive is weak and the sliding clips to adjust the length of the blinds are basically useless. In order to secure the clips, you have to use a thumbtack, which then leaves holes in the blackout blinds, and even with the length trimmed, the clips fall off constantly. Wind or no wind, I hear the clips and tacks popping off every single day. Can’t count how many times I’ve nearly stepped on the thumbtacks.

Lo único es que creo que el precio puede mejorar considerablemente pero están bastante bien. Son las únicas cortinas que tengo en mi departamento.

These work really well in blocking out the light, only downside is that the tape isn’t sticky enough and they fell down each night they were up, we have had to nail them in as even with pushpins they fell. The clips to hold them open only work to a certain point as well so the room is generally dark during the day.

It's now sticky enough. Keeps on falling so I threw them out.

I needed temporary blinds and this worked well …when the adhesive stayed stuck. It didn’t always stay stuck because I placed it up and had to move it. So I’d advise to be careful to place it once and not move it afterwards since the adhesive won’t be as good on the second try.
