I fell in love with this summer bag's stylish and elegant design. The fully lined interior is large enough for cell phones with room left over. It has a large zipper compartment and a smaller open pocket. The strap and leather accents are of quality PU leather [man-made]; however, the straw body is not plastic but natural Raffia. The metal fittings are heavy and good quality, and the versatile handle design allows easy conversion between a clutch and a shoulder or crossbody bag. Eleven holes in the shoulder strap make it adjustable from 32 to 49 inches, which is appreciated by taller ladies. It includes a storage bag, which helps to protect the Raffia during off-season storage.Mine also arrived rolled in a tightly taped plastic bag, so I agree that the packing method is questionable. I reshaped it by stuffing it with tissue paper from a previous leather bag purchase and hung it up. Within 24 hours, it had returned to a typical purse shape, and I was relieved that it did. Overall, this bag is well-made and designed. Since it's made of natural Raffia, it looks more expensive than its price tag.

The positive:This bag is really nice and well made and had great potential to be one of my favorites. The stitching is great and the lining with a zippered inside pocket is also well made. The strap is adjustable and can also be unbuckled. The bag can also function as a handbag. It is everything the website says and it looks very nice. The contrast of the Raffia/Straw type material is very nicely accented with the brown I chose and the gold buckles make it fit for more elegant outfits as well. It came also with a simple dust cover bag.The REALLY, REALLY bad part:The bag came incredibly carelessly packaged for shipping. It was tightly rolled up like a sausage in the dust cover bag and stuffed into a small sealed plastic bag and taped up tightly as well. It basically crushed the Raffia/Straw part of the bag and it ruined the whole bag. Imagine rolling a Straw hat up tightly and expect the material to get back to the original state. Well, it doesn't ! I tried to stuff it out with paper and hang it into my bathroom after showering, hoping the steam would help to smooth it back out. To no avail..it is ruined.

This is beautiful! Seems well made. I knew it was a small clutch when I ordered it but, the way it’s made, when you use the zipper, it makes it difficult to put much in it. Is good for a small wallet, cell phone and a couple small items like lipstick and keys. That would be about it. It would be used for a day out and about, not for every day use.

When I was a teenager, it was pretty common to switch to a straw purse for most all summer activities. I always grew bored with the natural colored choices and hunted for the colorful and brightly striped designs. This purse took me right back to my youth. I feel like it is sized for special events more so than every day, unless you just need a wallet, phone, and a couple cosmetic items. The zippered opening pocket is a bit narrow so it is not for anything bulky. The lining is thick and it's well made, overall. Worth the reasonable price and very convertible, with the included long strap, I can wear it on one shoulder or as a cross body bag. I can detach the strap and just use the buckles which are very nicely accented in gold, as is the hardware on the strap as well.

This is lovely, simply lovely, little straw bag. The colors are bright and sweetly sing springtime and Easter. While it is a small bag, it's roomy enough for your phone, your handbag, a small makeup bag, your keys and a pair of sunglasses. I like the longer strap. In fact, I took a star off the review because I simply do not get how snapping the far edges of a zipper together makes a purse a clutch. And this doesn't make a good clutch--it's too much like a very small tote.

I received this from the Amazon Vine Program and am leaving my review voluntarily.Super cute purse that would be perfect for spring and summer. The strap came unattached but clips in easily. It was long enough to fit my body style (5'8 and a large bust) When I let the strap out to the last position, it allowed the purse to fall down to just below my waist. Could not beat the price at $16.99
