A friend of mine bought this endpin stop a couple of years ago, and I admired it, but didn't get around to buying one for myself until recently, when my usual endpin stop just stopped working. It works so amazingly well, no slipping or sliding at all, and it is lovely to look at. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful rock stop and doesn't slide on any surfaces. It is solid, light, well made, and I'm glad I got this over any of the other more common styles. Please get this one - the aesthetic of a rock stop means so much when you're making art!

I didn't hear back from her as to whether it works for her. I did try it myself first and found it was just fine. It's solid, sticks to the floor and is a bit heavy. Very attractive looking piece.

My cellist daughter asked for one as a gift. I thought it was big but she tells me it's perfect. It doesn't slide and it has enough weight and depth to hold the pin in place. It was a very good purchase. She is very happy with it.

So beautifully crafted I gave one to my cello teacher for Christmas. This stop stays put both on carpet and hard surfaces. What I particularly like is the wide and deep pin hole that allows me to keep pin cap on while in use.

I’m quite pleased with the aesthetic of this pin rest, it’s beautiful. Although I am not sure why the slot in centre is so big, kinda have to find the edge to rest the pin on, otherwise the pin just slide until it hits the edge. It’s a bit odd.
