I use this at home with my keyboard. It was the only one I found that could adjust as low as I needed. Added bonuses, it's sturdy and comfortable and reasonably priced. Good thick seat padding.

So I purchased this not as a keyboard player but as a sound guy behind the board. This meant I needed more height that most keyboard players. What I found was that at the extreme height limit the bench is rather unstable, especially from side to side. and it still didn't give me all the height I wanted.For a keyboard player at a lower level it would probably suit your needs, but the seat is not overly large. At lower settings the side to side imbalance is less pronounced.On the positive side, it is extremely lightweight to carry (although it folds somewhat awkwardly), and is relatively inexpensive. The seat is soft and comfortable.

Great, practical piano bench. ideal if you are the any place, any time player, fold and go, I am adding a handle to it for my convenience but it can be carried easily without it. Great sale price too.

I am a large person so I liked the fact that this bench was rated to support more weight than many others in the style but it is smaller than I anticipated and doesn't quite go tall enough for me. Examine the dimensions closely before buying.
