I was so tired of being splattered while using my electric hand mixer! From shredding chicken mixing batter, this guard does a great job! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the red silicon break in the guard is meant to be removed easily for cleaning, so it looks like over time, the connectors may break off or weaken. But for now it works GREAT! Can't believe I went without one for so long!

Easy to use, easy to clean. Worried it would be "flappy" and hard to use but it is just stiff enough to make using it very easy. Okay to put in the dishwasher.

The splatter guard is great! I don't know why I didn't buy one before. I've had my hand mixer for 17 years, and avoided using it because of the messy splatter it can create. And it arrived the day after I ordered it. Thank you so much!

The first time I used it the red silicone circle ripped. I can still use it but it’s a bit disappointing
