This is a life saver for international travel. You can just pop a sim card in as soon as you get there loaded up with data and still use your phone without having reduced speeds or paying an arm and a leg. Not to mention it also can charge my phone two and a half times so it doesn't die while away doing activities.

DO NOT BUY , I bought this with the intention to use it for when im out and need wifi but this thing DOES NOT work at all. I SPENT MONEY ON THE WIFI PLAN but there is no internet when i connect it to any of my devices

The device would not configure to connect or allow PW change for security. Customer service is non-existent through all avenues provided. They refused to refund package purchased after returning product. Total scam.

needed a hotspot, hated using my phone. this seems to fit the bill. it pretty light so easy to carry around

This is a very versatile mobile hotspot. This is the first one I've ever bought but I wanted something that could give a wifi signal in my RV when I am not there so that I can check my cameras and keep an eye on the temperature for my dogs. You can either insert your own SIM card or use one of their prepaid plans which are actually really affordable. For example, you can do 3gb of data for only $8. It connects to the major towers, including Verizon, AT&T, etc. Very affordable in my application. I won't need any of the international plans right now but it's very cool that it has it.
