This fits my Seagull S6 Slim perfectly. The original factory nut is just a tad to short to cover the wood under the nut area and the string spacing is just tad too close together. This nut is the exact and I mean to the sixth decimal perfect fit for the Seagull and the string spacing is perfect also! I can now hit those high speed A Majors with out any muted strings. The only thing that is a little off is the angle of the string slots on the center two strings but it does not seem to effect the tuning when bending and releasing but I may tweak the angle of the inside two string routes with a tiny round file just for sake of mind.Seagull should use this nut over the current Tusq nut on the slims from the factory. There would be a lot of happy people.

Perfect fit for my Gibson j45. I got this one to replace the factory nut that i filed to low.

Changing my plastic nut to this tusq nut was the best thing I’ve done to improve my guitar. I expected an improvement but I didn’t realize how much this did for tone and sustain. Wish I had done this sooner !!

Bought these to replace the nut on my Gibson L00 that was awfully fitted at the factory. Hoped that these would help with binding issues, but no, it ended up being even worse.The middle two slots are angled too acutely and the strings will bind. In fact, none of the string angles actually correspond and there is some level of binding on every string. The middle two are too much to handle.I'm going to suck it up and buy a set of nut filers and do the setting manually, or take it to the shop. Don't waste your money on these.

The string spacing, length and height is perfect for a 2013 Gibson hummingbird. The angle of the nut slot ramps is angled a little acute but will work fine. This is not lubricated as the XL models. I have this for a backup for the Graph Tech XL PQL-6010-00 (aged). I think this 6400-00 will also do well on gibson nylon acoustic guitars.

Die Abstände zwischen den Saiten (von e-e 17,44mm), bzw. Abstände für meine Finger, sind jetzt optimal.War vorher für meinen Geschmack doch etwas zu eng, komme damit persönlich nicht so gut klar.Klanglich hat meine Gitte nun auch nochmal etwas zugelegt, womit ich vorher gar nicht so gerechnet habe.Insgesamt jedenfalls top, der neue Sattel.

The Graphtec website is an excellent resource for locating the nut you need for the size of your guitar. Follow it carefully (measuring E-E, neck width at the nut and height needed) and there you go! You'll almost certainly need to do a bit of sanding but the closer your choice to the right size the less sanding!
