I wanted to wear a handbag as a crossbody and thought this one looked the most sturdy. I liked the wider chain and it is a good length for me (5’1â€) but it also worked well for my mom who is 5’6â€. She liked it so much she made me buy her both the gold and silver version. The gold matches very nicely with my LV hardware.

Perfect match of gold with the hardware on my Gucci Ophidia pouch. I just received it so not sure on the durability. It has a nice weight and feels expensive. Hopefully it lasts and does not tarnish as I only will be wearing it for nights out when I dress up.

Just received my chain strap today (in gold) and I think its perfect. I'm using it for a Michael Kors satchel (XS studded Kellen, in the color acorn) that I got from my mother-in-law which didn't come with a strap. I assume she lost it or probably never checked if the strap was in the bag when she purchased it so I had to buy a replacement.When I first took out the chain from the tiny ziplock baggie it came in, I thought it was way too short. When I put it on the purse however, I thought the length was actually perfect. I'm not that tall (5'5") but I can't wear this chain cross body otherwise my purse would just hang at an awkward position around my pelvis, but that's fine with me since I never wear these types of purses that way anyway. I normally just let it hang on my shoulder and the length for wearing it that way is just right where I want it to be. Definitely not too long or too short.The chain also feels heavy and sturdy, it looks classy (I was worried it would feel- or worse, LOOK -cheap considering the price but it definitely isn't! I saw what the original strap of my purse was supposed to look like and I think this chain makes it look better than the original lol), and most importantly the gold matches the studs on my purse. It doesn't look too yellow or whatever. The shade of gold of the chain completely matches the gold details of my purse.I'll see how this holds up after a couple of uses. But if it does break on me (here's hoping it doesn't), I wouldn't hesitate buying this same chain again!

I purchased this for a metal frame bag I made with thrift store fabric and an ~8†bronze metal frame clasp I purchased on wish. It’s a nice, sturdy chain that has a good but not too heavy weight to it. It came packaged in a small plastic zip up baggy and had a few kinks when I pulled it out but the links are easy to rotate to get the kinks out. While holding it, I noticed it was leaving quite a bit of dirt or dark debris of some sort on my hands so I scrubbed it with some dry baking soda and, after rinsing that off, it was nice and clean. The chain link part on the bronze version seems to have a slightly more gold hue to it compared to the clasps, which are more of a true bronze.Overall, I’m giving it four stars because it’s beautiful and complements my bag well, but the color difference between the chain and clasp is not ideal. It looked more bronze when it was dirty but I don’t want to carry a dirty chain. It also leaves a slight metal smell on my hands but I’m hoping that goes away with time.

This is exactly like I wanted. I bought a purse a month ago that had a chain strap. The strap was only 43â€, and as someone who is very tall with broad shoulders, it was incredibly uncomfortable and looked ridiculous as a cross-body, and wasn’t secure as a shoulder-bag. So I purchased this chain which is over 60â€. It’s a little too long, so I ordered a different one that was 50.5â€. But while it was long it was very sturdy, strong, and looked beautiful. The real is like dark charcoal or gunmetal. It’s almost black but not quite. The clips on the end let me use it on multiple items. Like purses, wallets, makeup kits, etc. as metal it’s very heavy, but surprisingly not uncomfortable. I thought a chain as a strap would dig into my shoulder, but it really doesn’t feel any different than a thin leather strap. While the specific size didn’t work for me, the quality, appearance, and function of the product is exactly as advertised.
