I bought this to replace the junky cross-body strap on a cute little purse I purchased in a thrift shop. I was pleasantly surprised! It’s definitely substantial, slightly shiny, and elegant. It has some heft and great quality spring clips on each end. It’s gunmetal dark grey, and a perfect match to my purse’s hardware. It makes the purse look more classy. So many times I’ve received junky stuff from Amazon, but THIS item was a stark contrast to all that. You could probably use it as a chain belt too. It could easily be both feminine or masculine, depending on how you deploy it.

I made a crossbody out of a pouch using this chain. The chain is nice, well made, and doesn't snap on my hair. The weight feels good, not cheap.

They replaced a from a leather purse but the straps were not leather, vinyl I think and the outer layer started to peel where rest of the purse looked like new. So I replaced it with this chain, looks great, just a bit heavy.

This chain is heavy and feels really durable. The weight makes it luxe. The length is accurate. I like that's its really long and sits on my hip.
