Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean Before Using
- Wash your lid with hot water, mild dish detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge
- Dry with a non-lint cloth or paper towel
Trouble-Shooting
- For sticky spots rub gently with baking soda
- Create a paste with salt, dish soap, and water. Rub on stubborn spots on the glass top with a paper towel
- Remove the knob to get any grease/food collected around the handle

Routine Cleaning
Although our universal lid is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing to keep it like new! Once cooled, wash your lid with hot water, mild dish detergent, and a non-abrasive sponge. Dry with a non-lint cloth or paper towel.
*Never use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers - this can cause silicone to flake

I bought these in Jan 2022, especially for my large pans, I love them they fit nicely on my 12" cast iron and my egg pan, as well as everything in between. Have had no problems with them and they still look brand new. I do wash them by hand, I tried the dishwasher once or twice in the beginning, but do not like the little white water marks that were left on the silicone (i do not use the drying cycle of my dishwasher, i let my dishes air dry, i don't know if this was the reason for the water marks). I was able to wash that off and as you can see they still look like new. Great product, would buy again, but alas, no need to, as they are still in perfect condition and I use them very regularly, home cooking most days.

I am so happy with the two universal lids. They fit snugly and will allow me to put away 5-7 lids for various pots and pans I bought recently! Those lids take up so much cupboard space. But now, I have more room for the pots and pans since the 2 new lids will work in all but the little 1 quart pot. Love these!

I got some of these after my wife had someone give her the larger size and I found these on Amazon and they are great, 1 for smaller pots and 1 for the bigger pots.They were given as Christmas gifts and they loved them

These lids are made of high-quality materials, including the glass and rubber that are attached to it. These lids are extremely doable and fit of a variety of different pans and pots. These are also very easy to clean as they can be separated so no bacteria is stuck in between the glass and rubber.

I bought two non stick pans that have no lid. I needed to cover them when cooking. The universal lids are durable. Their handles make them easy to lift and move. They are easy to clean.UNIVERSAL LIDS: Large & small.The lids are not easy to use when cooking. The lids have a glass dome with a knob at the top center for lifting and a silicone skirt that is made in concentric tiers designed to fit pans of various sizes up to a very large pan. The tiers don't fit any of my pots and pans very well and the silicone sags sightly. The vent hole in the glass dome is too small and placed too low to allow enough steam to escape. Steam condenses inside the glass dome forming large drops of water completely obscuring any view of the food in the pan. Lifting the lid to look at the food in the pan causes hot water to fall from inside of the lid back into the pan and on to the stove top. The water falling back into the pan sometimes causes spattering out and on to the stove top. I tried sliding it off to one side to allow some steam to escape, but even that is not really enough and that has not stopped water from forming inside the lid. I still have to lift the lid to see how the food is cooking. Sliding the lid off to the side defeats the purpose of using a lid in the first place. The lid is heavy which adds to the difficulty of sliding the silicone over the edge of the pan to allow steam to exit. A variable sized steam vent would be a step in the right direction but I'm not sure that would be enough to address my concerns. After several weeks, I have quit struggling with this universe lid and stopped using it. It's nice looking and well made, with good materials, but the design engineered into the lid is so poor as to make it unusable for me. I do not recommend the universe lid.

Me han funcionado excelente y aguantan temperaturas muy altas como si nada.Después de lavarlas siempre se ven como nuevas. Muy buen producto.Las dos tapas cubren todos los diámetros de sartenes que utilizo, las uso diario y ayudan mucho a mantener mi cocina más limpia y cocinar mejor algunos alimentos.

there is nothing to not like about these lids. they fit every frying pan and pot i own, they are much lighter than my other glass lids. no accidental burns from the rim of the lids and i love the color. i received them in 2 days i believe.

Our family cooks with cast iron skillets a lot, and these lids are perfect! These lids are a great alternative to the heavy and unique-to-the-pan sizing of the proprietary cast iron lids. We use the smaller lid for our 8" skillet (some edge overhanging, could fit up to a 9" or 9 1/2" skillet, and the larger one works great for our full size 12" skillet (just covers the edges, would not fit bigger, but could fit smaller). The lids are easy to wash, and the tough silicone handles never get hot. The steam vent is also nice when steaming, sautéeing, and frying to allow for venting and moisture release. I have had no issues in the past 3 months of daily use regarding deterioration, degradation, or melting of the lids' outside silicone rings, even when cooking with a ripping hot cast iron skillet on a hot range stove!
