I was a bit hesitant to order this clock in green solely due to spending most of my adult life as a military spouse. I'm tired of green! LOL However, I was looking for something to bring out the few green tones in my guest bedroom. This shade has just enough yellow in it to make it bold in appearance. Also, the silver-colored numbers along with the gold hands and trim add more interest. I call this clock "pizzazzed minimalist".The 10 inch size is perfect for just about any space whether it be a bedroom, bathroom, or living area. The numbers are easy to read from across the room. Another benefit is that the clock is run by battery (AA) so you won't have to look at annoying cords.Overall, I think this is a quality item and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The colors are accurate, so you know if you want this green and brass color scheme. It works well in a mid-century modern room.There is a subtle sheen to the "brass" paint, and it looks nice in the light.Also, the non-ticking claim is true. The clock moves the second hand in very tiny increments, so it feels continuous. You have to listen very closely with the clock to your ear to hear even the faintest noise. When you hang it on the wall, it's as good as silent.It works well and accurately on a rechargeable battery, in case that matters to you.
