Not a plumber, but just watch a couple of kids and swap it out. Could not get old cartridge out with practically destroying old tube, this took me 30 mins start to finish. It DID come with a cartridge pre installed.

I'd give this a 5 except that there are no instructions with the valve. Otherwise, installation, once I figured it out after two or three false starts, worked and my leaking faucet is repaired.

For me it was a piece of cake to install but than again I’ve been a auto mechanic for 35 years. It might not be so easy for oothers. Also YouTube could be extremely helpful for those daredevils LOL

Worked fine, however I needed the model with a tfreaded connection vs. a slip fit hose connection. I was able to make it work. I probably ordered the wrong part.
