This is a nice brushed nickel moen tub spout. It’s a slip on so you don’t need to have a soldered male threaded fitting, this just slips over 1/2 inch copper and you use an Allen wrench to tighten it from the bottom. It says the minimum length is 3 1/4†but the copper valve coming from my customers wall was only 2.5†and it still worked great. Took about 30 seconds to install. Highly recommend.

I put off fixing my tub diverter because I thought I would have to pay a plumber to do it. Then I saw a video on Youtube of how easy it was to install a replacement. This one matches my other Moen pieces and it was very easy to install. You don't even need to turn off the water.No more squealing noises when I pull up to divert water to the shower head and the water flow to the shower head is much better.

This Moen spout replaced our old Moen spout that lasted about 15 years. This is identical to the old one. Couldn’t find it at any store and then checked Amazon and sure enough Amazon had it. Easy to install. Looks nice and works great!

Replaced same unit that came with our house originally. Old one was leaking when shower was engaged. I like the fit and finish, but the price is wayyyy high for what you get.

Replacement for older Moen tub spout.Old one was 11 years old and began to have issues with the diverter last year. I replaced the diverter internals and cleaned up the metal but it still just didn't work as it should. Wasted too much water.New old solved the problem. Only a slow drop when diverter pulled up.As for the spout, it slips on to half inch pipe, you'll need a few inches sticking out. Slide it on, there is a rubber gasket internally which prevents leaks. Allen wrench from below tightens it on so it locks in place.I picked up one from Amazon Warehouse and it was basically brand new. Would recommend this product!

The title made me think it was an actual Moen brand faucet. It's not. It's a no name. The color doesn't match my Moen brushed nickel. It's ok, rather than deal with returning and looking for another I just kept it.

Got this spout for my wife's soaking tub. Easy to install. Looks good but didn't last. Washer comes out and won't divert water any longer. Cany use shower. Replaced with one less than half the price that's seems to have better inside specs. Would not buy again. Too late to return.

Replaced my existing corroded unit with this exact replacement. Came complete with diverter gate. Loosened and slipped the old one off, cleaned the copper pipe and slipped this new one on. Worked great. Note: the diverter gate can be replaced in your old unit, it's Moen #101237.

Our old Moen Tub Diverter leaked lots of water due to the sediment in the water supply corroding the Tub Diverter.This one leaks less but still leaks. I would have preferred a Tub Diverter that does not leak when used in shower mode.
