After having tried to install another brand which never seem to get a proper seal, I ordered the Moen and it fit perfectly, was simple to install, and looks and works beautifully without any leak. I would definitely recommend it.

It’s worth it instead of buying a whole new unit, when we just needed the spout. My husband said it fit perfect and did what it was supposed to do.

Seems expensive for what it is. Biggest problem is installation instructions are wrong. Pipe cannot be longer than 3 inches. Instructions say 3 3/4- 4 1/4.

I think that at $111, this item is about the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen. The installation instructions are a joke and are printed so small, they are hard to read. The only thing worse was trying to get help on the Moen website. After much ado, I finally found this item there, but could not download anything from there. I am returning it.

I had this installed and the water spurts and sputters out of the spout. If you lift the shower lever up slightly the water flows slightly better. Now that I paid for a plumber to install this I am stuck with it. I do not think it is truly Moen quality as the oil rubbed bronze finish look more painted on then other Moen products I have purchased in this colour. Not recommended.
