This valve is built nice and heavy! Installation was super easy. It’s great having the 2nd handle for an accessory or tub spout all on one trim.

Chose this valve for a bathroom remodel due to the positemp cartridge. It's easy to replace when needed and the quality is great.

My plumber stated I got a deal, also I like that it tells you what handle/trim to buy so that it is compatible and vice versa...worked out Great!

High quality and does the job. My unit erronously came with a divertor valve that allowed EITHER one or the other water flows to be used, but NOT both at the same time. This was not as advertised. If this happens to you, call Moen and they will send you a replacement stem.

I always use the moen 3320 valve this one is a better design no soldering required great valve

The inverter cartridge was leaking and the plumber who installed it told me to contact Moen. I did so and they sent me another cartridge. I presume that the whole valve that I received was probably a returned one and Amazon put it back for sale without knowing that it was defective. Lots of trouble and waste of time.
