So I just bought and installed some aluminum upgrade parts for my Redcat Gen 7 Pro which included steering knuckles/hub for front end and the rear axle hubs. Well after doing the aluminum steering hub & c-hub you will find that after connecting steering servo links that your front tires will now have a severe case of Toe-out due to the longer arms on the hub assy.So you need a shorter steering link and this one is EXACTLY what you need. The shorter drag link that comes with this kit you won’t use and instead u will use the base one u already have (extra parts for your parts bin). I wrapped my link with 100 grams of solder for that extra weight exactly where you want it, low and out front. All is good in the hood. ðŸ‘ðŸ¿

I replaced the stock Axles on my RedCat Everest Pro with awesome CNC Machined all metal Axles and really love them (no camber). I crashed into a concrete edge, and had to replace this tie rod with another metal unit, it fits perfectly and is quite shiny (lol). I have Servo link set as shown and have no issues, but the stub is included and some hardware to use other mounting hole. My previous tie rod was so tough I bent it back after a 1/2 inch of impact damage, hope this is same. The problem is what strikes an oncoming rock first, in a vehicle like this !!! Yes, this tie rod should have small rubber covers (trying to make) as padding for those costly impacts, ya think.

Worked great for axial scx10 trail honcho only thing I recommend is lock tite the screws lost one 20 min after installing
