Had to clear concrete surface of old tiles, grout and glue. Was slow going with wide chisel and hammer. This attached to my pneumatic chiseler and made quick work of the task. Excellent solution!

I needed to remove cement-based tile adhesive from my bathroom floor, spread over Hardibacker board. I needed to remove the tile and mortar from 300 sq ft of floor. The big jackhammer type tile/grout remover was killing my back within 20 min. Using this blade on my pneumatic chisel did a much better job cleaning the mortar off the cement backerboard. The smaller, lightweight assembly made it so I could easily rotate the chisel to the desired angle. The picture shows the new tile being installed on the cement backerboard.

The chisel works as it should but I found that it being 3" wide actually spreads out the chiseling power so be sure that you have enough air pressure for it to work efficiently.
