Your cart is empty.Despite the introduction of DVI and HDMI the common VGA connection is still the primary connection for most computer monitors. This ultra slim cable is designed to handle analog VGA and extended VGA resolutions. The conductors for the three color lines are 30AWG coaxial while the remaining conductors are 32AWG stranded wire. The cable features gold-plated male DE-15 (aka HD-15 or DB-15) connectors on each end for smooth corrosion-free connections. It includes ferrite cores at each end which ensure that EMI and RFI interference will not enter your video system. Cable works- the stock is thin and flexible and comes with integrated EMI chokes. The connectors are shallow in comparison to any VGA connector that would have come with a monitor, this could be advantageous for certain installs. Would recommend and/or purchase again.

This cable works great and it's slim profile is easy to maneuver and work around. I use it for temporarily setting up my laptop to share the monitor of my desktop PC via an a/b switch. Video quality is great and it stands up to connecting and disconnecting as I need it.

Purchased the Monoprice 10ft Ultra Slim SVGA Super VGA 30/32AWG M/M Monitor Cable to connect a PC to a KVM. The location of the PC could not be changed so extending the VGA and USB mouse / keyboard connections was the answer. This cable is working well for this application and the price was reasonable. The cable is well made.

I travel with these in a mobile environment and really like them. They are lighter than the normal cord and easier to wrap around the monitor... BUT fair warning... they are somewhat delicate and DO NOT last near as long as the thicker ones! I buy about 2 or 3 of these a year as the bending up near the connector will break the inner wires fairly easily if you move it around a lot like me. I wrap them around the base of the monitor and then put it in a travel case. (I know, the worst thing you can do to these cords!) They are mostly inexpensive, so I just throw it out when it starts to go bad and get another one from the replacement stock I keep in my travel bag!

These cables, while they are really good at getting into tight spaces, need a substantially better cable strain relief added to them. They can't take being flexed much before the wiring inside starts to break, causing random, unexpected signal dropouts. If you're planning on connecting something that isn't going to move? Works great. Anything else? Forget it.

Worked as expected (connect laptop to monitor), at first.After about 5 uses (over about 1-2 months), the cable no longer renders colour correctly.

The low profile connector is great as I have a wall mounted TV. Great signal from what I can tell, however the signal I'm using is not HD.
