I love the weight of these spreads. I personally like a classic bedcover that stays in place as you sleep. I am tired of comforters that slide over the bed. This is perfect for tucking neatly at the foot of the bed and long enough to tuck under and over the pillows. I like white, as that is easy to change pillows with the seasons. My washer is large enough to wash, but I would recommend a professional size launder. I will buy another for a smaller bed.

I bought this bedspread for my guest bedroom as well as the pillow shams to complete the look. I had read negative reviews about individuals complaining about the shedding after their first wash. Intuitively, instead of washing it, I threw it into the dryer. I did this three times and all of the fluff came off in the lint catcher. This is a beautiful product. Since this is a full size bed and the mattress sits higher than a standard antique bed, measure across the bed on one side as to where you want the edge of the fringes to hang all the way over to where you would want the other side of the fringes to hang as well. In my case, to get the effect of the picture, I had to order a queen size for a full size bed.

Just beautiful! The blue is a dusty blue. I would recommend ordering one size larger than what's needed as it did shrink some in the dryer (it was dried on low heat). Check the lint filter several times while drying as there was a lot of lint. However, since putting the bedspread on the beds, there has been no lint shedding whatsoever. The spread is of light/medium weight. Excellent value for the price.

I love this chenille bedspread & pillow cases. I bought this same bedspread in white last year & I loved it so much, i had to get a second color. I love seeing it on my bed. It takes me back to my mother's bed, wayyyyy bank into the 70's & 80's, when I was just s girl. It's a thin enough cover for those summer nights. But, not so thin that you can't use it in the winter; just add a flat sheet underneath or a thin blanket and it's perfect for winter nights, with the heater on. The color is a nice rose blush & gives my bedroom a warm cozy feeling. I haven't washed this one, but I've washed the white one many times & it washes well. The fringe keeps its shape and doesn't get tangled. There will be a lot of fluffy lint in the dryer lint trap the first few times you wash it, so expect that. I absolutely plan on buying another color. I hope my future grandchildren will remember my bed as comfy & cozy with this beautiful chenille bedspread, like I remember my Mother's bed. â¤ï¸

The bedspread is pretty thin. I have to buy a white blanket as color of current blanket (peach) shows through. I’ll keep it as the pattern is pretty but it’s just really an okay bedspread.

I love a chenille bedspread. I have been looking for a grayish blue, and this one is perfect for my room. I have a high king size bed and the bedspread drapes nicely over the sides over the bed. It’s long enough to tuck under the pillows for a classic look. I think it’s a good quality for the money. No shedding at all.

I needed something lightweight for summer to replace the heavy comforter I had been using and this bedspread is perfect. It's very soft and breathable, with a lovely vintage look. I didn't want it to drag on the floor so I ordered the full size for my queen bed and it fits perfectly for my taste. After minimal shrinkage from being washed and dried on high heat, it reaches about 4" from the floor, allowing the dark wood bedframe to show through fringed ends and creating a lovely contrast.This bedspread is 100% cotton as advertised. I bought the white in order to custom dye it to match my bedroom and it dyed beautifully. It does shed quite a bit in the wash, but I've not had any problems with lint on my bed. After 3 times through the washer and dryer, it has only become softer and cozier each time.I could not be any happier with the look, fit, and feel of this beautiful bedspread.
