The wild thing is that a 1995 Nissan is now considered an antique!Okay, so I was rebuilding the front end on an old hardbody and could not find replacement strut rod bushings anywhere. Box stores did not have them nor could they order them. So, a days task turned into several as I waited for this item to be delivered...and yes I was skeptical at first.Here are my thoughts:Item arrived reasonably quickly, was packaged appropriately for what it is.No instructions are included, but seriously now...Fit and finish is spot on, basically a direct drop in.CERTAINLY tightened the front end up!Cannot go wrong, this I highly recommend!

I replaced the original 22 year old OEM bushings with these. Installation was easy to complete with 1/2" drive sockets and breaker bars. An impact driver can be used but space is tight, so you may need to drive the front tires up on wooden blocks to make adequate clearance for the impact driver. I did not jack the front end of the truck up as that would change the angle of the strut rod making it difficult to remove and reinstall.With the new bushing kit, the truck steering and suspension is tighter, which makes sense when one understands how the strut rod bushings wear out over time.The quality of the new parts seem good, HOWEVER, the durability of these new poly bushings has yet to be proven. Truck forums have shown failure of the other brands of poly bushing in as little as 3 months time. I selected Moog because of my previous good experience with the Moog brand. If these bushings fail in a couple of years time, then I will probably replace them with official Nissan parts if possible.I bought the truck brand new in New Mexico, and the truck has always been in this desert environment, so the under frame has very little rust and much looks virtually new. These conditions help explain why I got so much life out of the OEM bushings.
