I refreshed the front end components on my f250 and this is a perfectly suitable replacement part.

Replace the bushing when I replaced the ball joint. I used an air chisel to remove (careful not to scar the insides), the the ball joint press with grease and seal install disc's to press back in. Mine wasn't to bad but with about 150K and needing a new ball joint, perfect time. A new track bar was only $100, bit going this route saved quite a bit.

2008 Ford F-250. This bushing fixed my death wobble. My bushing has totally deteriorated, but you couldn’t see it until I removed old one. Here’s the thing. This is no easy repair. The bolt is torqued on real tight and you have to cut the old bushing sleeve out. I used a two are gear puller. You have to remove the driver side tire and lower the sway bar to access bolts. I only removed one side of the track bar and changed bushing. If you have a bushing press, than it will be easy. I used a socket and c-clamp.
