The strut bolts were rust welded to the inner bushing sleeve thanks to Dodge not using antisieze on the original part. After using a ball joint press to force the bolt out (with the rubber bushing core), I caved on the edge of the bottom of the bushing and pushed it out with the ball joint press followed by a small sledge and same-sized pipe. Once that ordeal was done, everything went back together easily. This bushing and bolt kit matched the 06 Dakota parts perfectly and this kit was less expensive than just bushings for some reason. Good part, good price.
