I recently purchased the MOOG K500315 Front Lower Suspension Ball Joint for my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe, drawn to the competitive price and the promise of timely delivery. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been significantly negative, leading me to write this review.While the initial purchase and delivery process were smooth, the product itself failed to meet expectations. I've now purchased this ball joint twice, and on both occasions, it has failed within a month of installation. This recurring issue is, to say the least, extremely concerning.After the second failure, my mechanic advised against using this particular MOOG ball joint again. He cited concerns about its durability and suggested exploring alternative brands. This feedback, combined with my personal experience, has eroded my confidence in the K500315's reliability.I had hoped for a different outcome, as MOOG is generally a recognized name in automotive parts. However, the repeated premature failures of this specific ball joint have left me deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend the MOOG K500315 based on my experience. While the price and delivery were initially appealing, the compromised quality and short lifespan ultimately make it a poor value. I would advise other Honda Accord owners to consider other options for their lower ball joint replacement needs.

I found it a tad off that this ball joint sticks out from the top unlike the factory one. I do love that it is greasable, and in the end, the fact that it sticks out at the top is likely designed as such, so that the nipple for greasing it is further up, so that is definitely helpful considering how inflexible the tip on my mini grease gun is.
