I just ordered these potty training underwear for my son. He’s 3 1/2 exactly and he is about 37 lbs & wears a size 3T - 4T in bottoms (depends on if the brand runs a little smaller than other brands). I was nervous about these fitting him right but I tried them on him and they seem to fit well. They will be perfect after a wash with warm water. They are cotton and seemingly made very well. Looking forward to updating after washing & seeing how they hold up through days of potty training.Update:I used these potty training underwear the entire time I was potty training my son. They were excellent potty training underwear. I washed and dried them more times than I can count & they held up perfectly! I’m impressed! Definitely order 1 size up for average size kids. For thin kids or if your baby is underweight, the regular size should work. These were absorbent but you could definitely tell he peed in them. There was a few times he had a #2 accident and I immediately took him to the bathroom, took off the underwear carefully, and dumped any poo in the toilet. Sorry if it’s TMI but if you’re a parent like I am, it’s basically become your life at this moment in time. After rinsing them in the shower for a few minutes, I threw them in the washing machine and washed them with warm-hot water and of course my regular detergent. I also used borax in my wash (about 1 tablespoon; fyi, borax can cause holes in your clothing. Just be careful not to add it directly to your clothes before you start the wash. Add it to your detergent dispenser or add the borax to some water first then to your detergent dispenser if you can’t add powder to your detergent dispenser in your washing machine) to help get out any smell. The underwear came out perfectly every time. So, basically, these work and hold up perfectly!

I bought these for my daughter who is still working in nighttime training and they were just the trick! The first night she had a pretty significant sized accident and nothing leaked out BUT she was aware of it. The second night she only tinkled a tiny bit and stopped because she FELT it, and wanted to keep her cute undies dry! Night three and beyond ALL DRY!! These balance being absorbent as well as allowing the child to FEEL WET, which is SO IMPORTANT!! I couldn’t be happier! Side note, the sizing chart is in fact confusing, as I measured my daughters “waist” at 21 inches and the 4T was listed as 17 or 18 inches. All in all, I chose 4T since she’s 4, and the fit VERY WELL, perhaps even a bit on the big side for her. I’m wondering if people are drying and accidentally shrinking them. I’m hand washing and hang drying ours to maintain integrity of product since I found something that WORKS!! Happy potty training y’all!

My baby is 19 months, wears 18 months clothing, size 4 diaper. He has a very slim waist, but thick thighs. Think body builder but in baby form. The sizes 2T fits right in the waist, but the thighs are very very tight. If your baby has remotely thick thighs, sizes UP. In my opinion, it seems that the waist is elastic enough that it will not fall off your baby's waist if you size up. I will probably buy these again in size 3T for a better fit.Otherwise, material seems to be pretty good, soft enough, and it holds accidents TEMPORARILY, as the product should.Happy potty training!

Very cute for girls or boys. Very soft and comfortable and a bit thick. Holds the small amounts of pee, but eventually, will soak through. Washes very well even with poo stains. No shrinkage either.

Those underwear are perfect for potty training. Thick enough so pee doesn’t go all over but child still feels wet, goes through the pants a little bit, doesn’t wet the bed. I would recommend it 100%, My son is on smaller side, I had to return the size I ordered and go one size down.

These training pants are not cloth diapers. They are not meant to act as a replacement for a diaper/pull up. They are made with extra absorbency for kids that leak on their way to the potty to save their pants. If they unload they will soak down to their socks. Expecting otherwise would be like wearing a panty liner when you’re having a full blown period…it’s not made for that.With that expectation in mind, they work great for a potty training toddler. My son loves the prints and they do save his pants from leaks. They fit on the smaller side, so size up especially if your kiddo has chunky thighs (he was 3T going into 4T and the 4T fit well. He’s now outgrowing them)

This is NOT leak proof. If your child has an accident the amount of mess you clean will be the same amount of mess you would clean if they had on regular underwear.I do like the fun print though and I can see that my daughter likes it too.
