I recently purchased this steam cleaner from Amazon, and I must say, it has been a complete disappointment from the very beginning. This product turned out to be nothing more than a worthless piece of junk that failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. Allow me to share my frustrating experience with this steam cleaner.First and foremost, the unit failed to produce any steam, rendering it utterly useless for its intended purpose. No matter how long I waited or how many times I attempted to use it, the steam simply refused to materialize. I followed the instructions to the letter, hoping for a satisfactory result, but all I got was a non-functional nightmare.Furthermore, the product's build quality was severely lacking. The flimsy plastic components felt cheap and fragile, and I had a constant fear that the steam cleaner would fall apart in my hands. It's safe to say that this product does not inspire any confidence in terms of durability or longevity.The customer service experience was equally frustrating. When I contacted the company's support team to report the issues, they appeared disinterested and provided no real solutions. It felt like they were merely going through the motions, lacking any genuine concern for my problem. I used the device for 20 minutes cleaning my shower. Did a great job cleaning but the slightest slip of the hand and you will have severe burns. There should be a guard on the handle grip to prevent you from coming in contact with the metal components. It’s a plastic grip, how hard would it have been to put a 1/4†tall circular guard on the end? Steam output is intermittent. You will get about 30 seconds, then wait another minute to get another 30 second burst. Cord length isn’t sufficient for bathrooms as they usually don’t put outlets near the shower. You will need an extension cord if you have a decent size bathroom.

First, I will start by saying that the product is certainly very easy to use. Also, there are so many cleaning uses for it. I have used it in my vehicle and in my home. In my home I have used it on my baseboards, kitchen backslash, and even my leather sofa. It gets everything so very clean and no chemicals are needed.

I wanted this product for deep cleaning baseboards and a shared bathroom but the pressure was so low that it was very ineffective. Tried using it twice then on my shelf it sits.
