We bought this, followed the instructions but during the latest before freezing temps, it did NOT protect our tankless water heater. Didn't waste your money!

This tankless water heater is awesome and useful. High quality design and materials. Made from a quality Oxford fabric. Strong and durable. Water resistant. This cover is open on one of the four sides for an easy fit. It has magnets on the inside to make the cover stay in place and keep it looking neat and clean. Super versatile. It also works well as a cover for our portable air conditioner. Perfect. Super happy. Tight stitching. Smooth surface. Easy to wipe clean. Fast and easy. Would definitely highly recommend this useful and easy to use water tank cover. Overall, we are giving it’s strength, quality, durability, beauty, ease of use and care, effectiveness, flexibility, versatility, usefulness, functionality, and awesomeness âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸.

I liked the idea of this product. I have a gas tankless water heater in the build up area under my house. I should have been more careful to look at my water heater before ordering but it said it fits most tankless water heaters and I thought mine was pretty standard. However, you can see that mine has both a hot air exhaust and an air intake. So there are two 4 inch pipes at the top and the cover is built for just one.I was still able to get it on but it isn't like it should be. I am hoping it stays on there ok.Couple things to note. It isn't a huge amount of insulation. I think the focus for this cover is mostly keeping the front display and buttons out of the rain/snow.Second thing is it has zippers, but mine didn't actually zip anything. They just rode up and down on the cover with the material opening up behind the zipper as you moved the clasp. This could be just an issue with mine though. Since it doesn't fit that well anyway, I am not going to worry about this.Overall it is a nice product and nice idea. But measure your tankless before ordering and make sure there is only one pipe at the top.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this cover.  It states it's for outdoor heaters, but it's constructed and illustrated as being for an indoor units with a top exhaust pipe.  They list cotton and oxford cloth among the materials, which wouldn't usually be considered ideal for use in the weather, unless fully sealed in waterproof materials.  It may have several layers, as claimed, but the material is very thin overall, so I'm not sure how much insulation it will actually provide.  It's a three-sided  affair, with magnets on the edge to hold it in place against the heater. I  don't know why it has zip-up front corners unless that's to enable raising the front panel up a bit to view the controls (again, that would be on an indoor unit).  Having two zipper pulls on each side seems useless, and the zippers themselves tend to separate easily after being zipped together (see pics). I'm going to try to make it work on my outside unit, which has its vent in the top front, but with some modifications.  I'll cut a rectangle out for the vent area, leaving a few inches beyond all edges, and tape down those edges with foil duct-sealing tape (not the common fabric "duck" tape).  I'll use the cutout piece to seal the  top hole meant for a top-venting pipe, and probably tape the zippered seams as well, and the back edges against the wall.  Hopefully, this will add a bit of anti-freezing protection (in Georgia).  There may be enough room to add some fire-proof insulation board under it as well.  We'll see.

There is not much to this cover, it's a thermal cover for a water heater. You have to check the dimensions to make sure it fits. It fits my heater so I have no issues with it.

Pésima experiencia con el producto: en primer demasiado grande para mi calefactor y en segundo los zipers de muy mala calidad (plastico)
